There are times when it is not possible to come into my
office for your session. I would be glad to setup a phone session with you.

MY PERSONAL APPROACH
When working with clients, I am supportive and accepting, I know
that seeking help can be difficult, but
warm encouragement can be helpful.
I help clients develop their strengths, insight, and goals in our work together.
I am known for being kind, with a sense of humor, but I
also challenge my clients to
understand and practice new ways to approach their difficulties so that their lives
and relationships will be enriched.

MY THEORETICAL APPROACH
My theoretical approach depends on the needs and personalities of my clients.
Most clients benefit from a blending of different approaches.
These might include:
Family Systems, Psychodynamics, Cognitive/ Behavioral Therapy,
Art Therapy, Family of Origin Therapy,
Imago Couples Therapy, as well as specific programs for premarital counseling and
addiction recovery
